Thanks Les for your replies. I already found-out the solution to my problem..
I cannot add a new user to access my backuppc web interface because I was
pointing to a different user database. After I got that one right, my next
problem is I did not omit "-c" in htpasswd that is why I cannot add a new user.
My next goal would how to grant limited permission access to each group other
that the admin account.
