I think that guide is quite good to start with, just to get an idea about how 
everything works. I based my installer on Michael's work, but updated the 
script and got the newest binarys from my cygwin install. I used NSIS to create 
my installer, easy to maintain, and add plug-ins for opening firewall ports 
etc. I made my installer silent, so i simply push the installer to all my 
clients using psexec http://nsis.sourceforge.net
