Regarding Deltacopy, tried this years ago. Did not know that would not handle
files in use. Did think much of it then.

the most concise. Thank you for your efforts.
My last failed attempt was a full Cygwin install on W7 machine that would not
let ssh start. Did not have time then to get into why, then but, I will make
time this coming weekend.
