Hi all,

currently I am using v3 and would like to upgrade to v4.

I read the docs about v4 being able to read v3 pools and using them. v4
will remove files from the v3 pool when they expire and so on. And
during first backup there will be so migration (which I did not get in
total...).

I did not get two things so far:

1. Will I create a second pool (disk, partition, LVM) for v4 and will it
co-exist with the v3 pool? Or is the new v4 pool just a subdirectory of
the v3 pool? Could you give me some examples (mount points or so)? So
question is: will v4 and v3 pools reside on the same disk?

2. Would an upgrade be suitable (currently on Centos7) or would you
suggest to install a new one and give it the v3 disk?

Thanks a lot in advance!
