I actually had to look at the docs and code to remind myself
what $Conf{FullKeepCntMin} does. I only use the exponential form
of $Conf{FullKeepCnt}, and I have $Conf{FullKeepCntMin} = 1.
I think your settings will be fine - in the steady state you'll have a
month of daily incrementals, and ~12 months on monthly fulls.
