I saw a new release in my daily yum update check on CentOS 7 and wondered what changed. It turns out to be a change to the systemd invocations in the RPM package scripts that start and stop the service. So nothing in the actual BackupPC code changed. It's just packaging cleanup. No need to rush to update. Here's the recent RPM changelog:
