Currently I'm working on a Perl programm:
- reading all this error hashes from the LOG files
...

You might want to take a look at

https://github.com/backuppc/backuppc/wiki/How-to-find-which-backups-reference-a-particular-digest

if nothing else it might save you some time. :)

Just wanted to mention.

I used Ged's program to find 798 has digest instead of? messages.

It is a fantastic program.

You're too kind. :)  It's a very *new* program.

I used it too.
Be carefull. In my environment I got some false positives:

================================================================================
     FINAL FORENSIC VALIDATION SUMMARY

================================================================================
     Total unique lines parsed : 193
     Correct reports (Verified)   : 186
     False reports (Mismatches)   : 7

================================================================================

You could verify your deliverables with the attached bash.

Thanks very much for your feedback. If you will let me have your full
log output I can take a look at any discrepancies. 'Interesting' log
lines are filtered by a simple regex so false positives are possible.
They should be trivial to fix. I haven't seen any here, but usually
there's nothing interesting in my logs. :)
