It was designed for that :(
Now, user like me have to run something like
UPDATE Media set RecyclePoolId =
(SELECT RecyclePoolId from Pool WHERE Pool.PoolId = Media.PoolId)
in crontab. Or new media will never be updated.

Not for :
Recycle, VolRetention, VolUseDuration, MaxVolJobs, MaxVolFiles, MaxVolBytes,
and LabelType.
I think, this option is very close from VolRetention or Recycle.
