Hello,

If you are still having problems, you might try downloading depkgs-qt from
the Bacula Source Forge depkgs release area.  You can buil both qt4 and
qwt or only qwt if you want.  The big advantage of depkgs-qt is that qwt
will be statically linked into bat so there is no problem finding
dynamically linked libaries.
