Yep, I had noticed that src/qt-console/Makefile did not yet exist. I
think that's a fault in the build system. The qmake needs to be run
before the make depends. I'll look into that later.
For now, I have managed to get the Makefile create. I'm now using
these FreeBSD ports tree directives:
USE_QT_VER=4
QT_COMPONENTS=qmake
QMAKESPEC?= ${LOCALBASE}/share/qt/mkspecs/freebsd-g++
