As I mentioned quite a while back, I am putting together a custom filed which is an "Exchange Agent". A straightforward backup works afaict except for one thing - the sd does not send the file attributes to the director, and so the catalog appears empty for that job.
I've done some digging in the packet traces, and as far as I can see, I am sending the right information. Neither the sd or the director complain about the data I'm sending, it's just that no 'UpdCat' packets get sent from the sd to the director. Any suggestions as to why the director would not send them would be greatly appreciated! Failing that, any hints on debugging options to turn on in the sd would also be appreciated!
