Hi, I'm trying to build Bacula 2.2.0 in this system:
Linux earth 2.6.5-7.283-rtgfx #1 SMP Thu Jan 4 04:53:30 PST 2007 ia64 ia64 ia64 GNU/Linux (output of 'uname -a') The default GCC version installed in the sustem is 3.3.3, but i have also tried with 3.4.0. I have also tried with MySQL versions 5.0.45 and 4.1.22, everything to check if my problem was due to some incompatibility between compilers/mysql versions... (except from gcc 3.3.3, all versions of gcc/mysql i'm using are compiled from source, i'm not using binary distributions). My error is this one: when it comes the moment to build dirs (and from then on, right after the building of cats), i find now and again this error: ----atached in 'dird_error' plain text file ---- At first sight it seemed to me a compiler problem, that is why i checked different versions of gcc and mysql (just to find the magical combination ;) ). Everything seems to be fine if I use bacula version 2.0.3. Someone out there experiencing similar problems? solved it? hints about what's going wrong? Regards, Pere Blay
