Uh, maybe the documentation is not complete, but I think what you are 
requesting is what I have provided,  particularly with the depkgs-qt release, 
though perhaps not as totally automated as is possible.  

One has to carefully read the README and carefully follow the instructions 
because, especially in the case of a missing Qt4, you need to build something 
really quite large and get a whole lot of variables pointing in the right 
direction -- but it *should* work -- at least it did for me on something like 
2 or 3 different systems with varying missing parts.  In addition, the fact 
that the rpms are out now should simplify most people's life.

If you have some specific problems with it, perhaps we can find workarounds to 
simplify the procedure ...
