OK, thanks.  I've applied your patch, added the new files and committed it.

One small problem and that is that since win32/encrypt-bug.jpg is a binary 
file, the diff did not include that file.  I copied the version in the main 
directory into the win32 directory and added it, which is what I imagine you 
did too.

Thanks for correcting the typo in the all-non-root-tests file.

Please check that everything went into the SVN OK.
