For now it is resolved as I am off work till November 12th. When I get
back to work I have to hare at least 1 more competent programmer which
is not a very easy task in my area especially because I work for a
university in which the HR department has a low salary range for the
skills and experience that I require.  But the good thing is my major
project is now in use although I have a few features that are not yet
implemented and need to be done in my first few weeks back.

I did have some progress. I believe the code is at about 30 to 50%
complete. The more difficult part is that lists and dynamic memory
allocation is done in a totally different way than what I use every
day so there is some learning on my part.
