Hello Arno (and Frank),

Yes, I second what Arno says: I don't think it is worth a vote this time 
around because we have a good number of important projects on the top of the 
list that have not been completed since the last vote, which means that the 
priorities of the top projects are unlikely to change.

On the other hand, what could be worth while is to *add* all the new Feature 
Requests to the current "projects" file so that the developers can be aware 
of all the new requests.  There have been a number of new requests since the 
last vote, and I believe that Arno assured me that he has been keeping track 
of them (thanks).
