Yes, so would I.  I think there is a bug open on this or something similar to 
it having to do with labeling, which is not exactly your case -- though each 
time the Volume is recycled, it is relabled before reusing.  It is bug #1227.  
Please see if that bug is similar and if so add a note, otherwise, please 
open a new bug report giving the details including the *exact* output 
received from Bacula at each stage and your bacula-sd.conf file.
