For exclude lists to work correctly on Windows, you must observe the
following rules:

    * Filenames are case sensitive, so you must use the correct case.
    * To 2 exclude a directory, you must not have a trailing slash on
the directory name.
    * I2 f you have spaces in your filename, you must enclose the entire
name in double-quote characters ("). Trying to use a backslash before
the space will not work.
    * If you are using the old Exclude syntax (noted below), you may not
specify a drive letter in the exclude. The new syntax noted above should
work fine including driver letters.
"
