I'm running svn from a few days ago, and a 'list media' command shows
VolFiles=0 for all the disk based volumes in my pools where the job was
an incremental (I only allow 1 job per disk volume), eg:

VolCapacityBytes: 0

Enabled: 1
Recycle: 1
Is that a bug? Or just an artefact of the way disk volumes work in
conjunction with incremental backups?
