If you can get it running there is no reason why it shouldn't work providing 
they are the same major version.  Bacula is designed to be platform and 32/64 
bit independent.  

The placement of the conf files is different in the two packages so that could 
create a number of headaches.  

The other pain is that since we have no Win32 guru, we do not officially 
support the Win32 Dir and SD, which means that if you run into problems, you 
pretty much need to nail down what is going wrong yourself.  Obviously, once 
we know what is wrong or have a patch we'll be happy to fix it.   

Hopefully at some point in the future either some Open Source programmer(s) 
will step forward or some companies will ask Bacula Systems to provide the 
missing support.
