Below are two backup job logs, First Job has FileSet Option compression = GZIP and runs 6:20min mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table `File` at row: 26695285 Second has NO FileSet compression and runs 1:28min mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table `File` at row: 8084943 So i would say it is not a timeout problem. Both jobs transfer about 1 GB from FD to SD, maybe this is a hint.
