Yes, your patch added the lock manager exports. Mine removed them. You were in fact approaching the problem correctly, it is just that the lock manager is not compatible with the Win32 pthreads simulator, so the solution to the problem was to turn off the lock manager for Win32 and thus remove the exports since they are not now included. > > Assuming that the fix also gets the director and sd running again, I'll > see what I can do about tracking down those random sd errors or at least > get the cause reporting correctly. The lock manager problem would certainly cause the DIR and SD to crash at startup also, so the current fix stands a good chance of getting them going again.
