Yes, that sounds like a good idea.  Do you know exactly what changes are 
needed to the .nsi file?

At some point (sooner than later), I would also like to make the Win32 
installer use the same directory and file layout that we use for Win64, but 
perhaps adding a 64 or 32 to the Bacula directory name.  What do you think?
