Eric/Kern, Thanks so much for working on this. I tried to set up the windows build environment but the files you're using appear to have all been updated and/or moved. If you're dying to dig into what's not right with that now I've included that info. If not... if you could kindly upload a new compiled/patched windows FD I'd be happy to further test it in my environment.
