Yes, restarting the SD seems to have fixed that. I'm quite pleased that no jobs were lost. I guess that is a consequence of the SD just waiting for a new tape anyway. Thank you. BTW: I see there is command history in bconsole. That may have helped debug this situation. However, job history seems to be constant between sessions.
