I leave it to Scott to answer these questions. They are both issues that I
had to deal with when making the new .spec files, but for the moment, I chose
not to change them. I will note that the .rpm ReleaseNotes are different (at
least in packages created by Scott) than the ReleaseNotes in the source
release. In addition, please remember that the source code is not installed
via a binary .rpm.
