Yes, those are very likely the patches that you need.  After you apply them, 
you can check that src/lib/serial.h and src/lib/serial.c are the same as the 
files in 5.0.0, then you should be 99.9% sure you got all the patches.  If 
there are any differences, you should be suspicious that there is another 
patch -- or ask me.
