IMO, The paragraph is quite well explained, when you have more than "Maximum
Concurrent Jobs" on the same drive, instead of waiting for a job to finish, 
Bacula can use a new drive. Before, if the pool was identical, they were in 
hold.

It should lead to the same result, except that the "prefer mounted volumes" 
wasn't very stable.

I would advise, drop the prefer mounted volumes, use Maximum
Concurrent Jobs
