Yes, I think you are right, adding options to the end of the default value 
isn't the good way to processed. And for Base Jobs, I'm not sure that checking 
the mtime is very useful as we check permission, owner, group and checksum by 
default.

Could you open a bug on bugs.bacula.org to keep a trace of this problem ?
