we experienced also this problem, but on normal workstations.
on modern hardware win 7 activates standby power saving
mode by default. after setting "standby = never" backup at 21:00
works and is not interrupted.

there is a win 7 command to control power called "powercfg".
i did not look into details, but it should be possible to use
this command in bacula client run(before|after) scripts to
change standby mode.
