I just wanted to recommend Origo at ETH Zuerich which was the coolest Sourceforge clone ever made, but they're closing down this year because they had too many projects and too little staff :(

Gitbug seems to be down once a month, bitbucket might not get the same rave but every time there's an issue with Github, Bitbucket is working just fine.
