As long as you have not turned off vss, since we use BackupRead() and
BackupWrite() Bacula should restore pretty much anything
that was there during the backup with the exception of encrypted files.
If handling compressed files requires some special API calls like 
encryption,
then it is a "bug" in that it is not implemented.
