Eric did the work to put it into the Enterprise Windows version, but we just haven't had the time to get back to add it to the community Windows version. I believe the steps are: 1. Download and integrate the LZO code to build in the Windows cross-compile. 2. Define the HAVE_LZO in the src/win32/compat/mingwconfig.h file. 3. Modify the installer scripts to include it as required.
