Try using the CC compiler e.g. /usr/bin/CC instead of the /usr/bin/cc
you are now trying to compile using the C-compiler instead of using the C++
compiler. And as bacula uses classes etc its a bit C+ so somewhat in between
C++ and C but needs a C++ compiler to build.
