The manual here http://www.bacula.org/5.2.x-manuals/en/main/main/Catalog_Maintenance.html#SECTION004292000000000000000 says I should create an index on File of (JobId, FilenameId, PathId), while the make_mysql_tables script says it should be (JobId, PathId, FilenameId).
