Calling it storage-autochanger might be clearer, since I assume that the
regular storage daemon will still write to a single tape drive without mt-st.

This looks wrong to me -- the new package is not providing or obsoleting the
same stuff as the bacula-storage package.  It might be better to require
bacula-storage.
