All I am suggesting is the matter is before the court to decide who is 
right - your opinion is based on what Kern told you as his version of 
the facts. Have you heard directly from the other party what their 
detailed point of view on the whole thing is ? Me either, that's why I 
am not jumping to conclusions about who is right.

What I can tell you though is Kern's history at autodesk certainly makes 
me question more closely anything he does say, so I am certainly willing 
to listen to anyone with alternative views, and at least hear their side 
of the story.

I also never said posting this stuff is not in bad taste, but that 
doesn't mean its not within the person's rights to do it. I would 
probably react pretty strongly too if someone was suing me over 
something I felt was right for me to have done.
