Have you heard directly from the other party what their detailed point of view on the whole thing is ? Me either, that's why I am not jumping to conclusions about who is right.
What I can tell you though is Kern's history at autodesk certainly makes me question more closely anything he does say, so I am certainly willing to listen to anyone with alternative views, and at least hear their side of the story. I also never said posting this stuff is not in bad taste, but that doesn't mean its not within the person's rights to do it.
