The outcome is that we went to court, and the judge asked us to
negotiate an agreement.  We did not get very far, so the judge sent us
back for a second try, where we did reach an agreement.  Part of the
agreement was that it would remain confidential.

Bacula Systems is happy with the agreement, but sorry that is all I can say.
