Yes, but I can't establish a path between me and the new distribution key:

$ gpg --list-sigs 86260C02E82A8FC5CA5FB0638363575EFBD8D142
pub   rsa4096 2017-07-05 [SCEA]

uid [ unknown] Bacula 4096 Distribution Verification Key
(www.bacula.org) <k...@bacula.org>
sig 3        8363575EFBD8D142 2017-07-05  Bacula 4096 Distribution Verification
Key (www.bacula.org) <k...@bacula.org>
sig 72CC03058633ACFA 2017-07-06 [User ID not found]
sub   rsa4096 2017-07-05 [SEA]
sig          8363575EFBD8D142 2017-07-05  Bacula 4096 Distribution Verification
Key (www.bacula.org) <k...@bacula.org>

I presume that the key with [User ID not found] is Kern's personal
key. That's the one I'm looking for.
