I'm the Fedora mantainer. The Fedora packages can already be built on all
supported RHEL/CentOS/Fedora releases and support in place upgrades from
official packages:

You might want to look at the spec files here, they already contain the
various dependencies.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bacula-docs/tree/master

Or just use the built packages for CentOS:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/slaanesh/Bacula/
