That one was already present in 11.0 but missing from 9.6.

If you are on 9.6 and compiling from source, I suggest to get the latest git HEAD from the Branch-9.6 for all the unreleased last-minute fixes.

(Shameless plug: Or, when using Debian, try the packages from buster-backports which contain all those changes as well.)

I use Solaris, so I compile from source.  :-)
