You should do the following:
- start a backup to use FileStorage
- If it works, everything is fine. If it doesn't, send the relevant configuration and the error report.
What you see is simply that the storage device FileStorage is not open at the moment. This should only be a problem when the directory you use for storage doesn't actually exist, otherwise it's ok.
