Not yet, I only discovered this last week and my Bacula brief doesn't cover windows systems, so I haven't been able to justify spending time digging into how to get access to the directories for backup purposes.
The issue of locked personal directories raises issues under EU/UK privacy legislation as well, probably in most jurisdictions. Being able to lever the directories open for backup purposes may not even be legal.
