Hi I can't find any documentation on software compression that comes with bacula. In particular, I would like to know whether the compression is done on the client or server side. The reason for that is I would like to minimise the traffic during the backup for the remote servers.
The second question is what types of compression is available? I found the reference that bacula supports GZIP compression. Is there support for BZIP? Many thanks for your answers Andrei
