Hello,

There is a maximum concurrent jobs parameter in the client declaration

OK. I neglected to mention that the bacula-fd.conf on the client is essentially
the same as that on the server, so its Maximum Concurrent Jobs is 20 as well.
Again, since i didn't change this value, I assume it is the installed default.
You need also to look into the client section in bacula-dir.conf. Simply
follow the manual instructions for concurrent jobs, as far as I remember
it mentions all the locations where you can (or should) modify the
maximum concurrent jobs setting.

On the client, the bacula-fd.conf is in /etc/bacula and the bacula-fd script is
in /sbin. I am still learning Linux and haven't gotten to the part about how to
run programs at bootup, so I start this one manually from the shell thus:
cd /etc/bacula
bacula-fd
