If you re-copy the volumes and correct their status in the catalog, you
should presumably be OK.

Restores dependent on or relative to the missing incremental may be
unable to be properly completed.  This risk can be minimized by using
periodic Differential jobs to "reset" the incrementals.  I run a
Differential once a week, for example.
