Sourceforge has a project called "wekula", A web interface to Bacula, but
after getting registered in November last year, there has been no activity.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wekula

Another Sourceforge project is "JBacula", with not much more activity.

Personally, I find the idea of wekula (or similar) the more interesting
choice of these two -it would allow gui administration from any workstation
that has an internet browser and an access to Bacula server. It would
require no spesific software to the workstation in question, and would be
independent of the OS in the workstation.
