I've read the definition from the Bacula manual for the differential
backups and incremental backups. If I could undertand, when we do a
full backup and after that a incremental backup and so a differencial
backup, this last one permit us to do not need the incremental backup
to restore the last job, because it backup the files which changed
since the last *full* backup. Is that correct?
(I speak Portuguese and my English is terrible, I hope it could make sence.) Thanks! Diogo. |
