Hi List, so nobody seems to have any experience with this unit. As it dropped dead over the weekend I'll have a new try with a new powersupply (but not the crappy original one).
If this mends our problems I'll be having backups again! After only 2.5 monthes! That's quality, that is! Maybe support within the US is a little quicker than here.
