Should be.
But, when i trie this, appear the message in my Bacula Storage :
Device is BLOCKED waiting for appendable media
When i comment Maximum Volumes, it's run.
This means that the maximum number of volumes already exist in the pool
in question, and in that case no further volumes will be automatically
created. What is Maximum Volumes set to, and how many volumes are
assigned to that pool?

Not unless the rest of the pool definition (and the storage) in
question doesn't allow automatic volume creation and the device can do
so without user intervention...
Or, in other words, to determine if this is a bug we would need much
more details.
